I have been caring for people using complementary therapies since 1986. I qualified as a homeopath in 1986 and as a McTimoney chiropractor in 1995. In December 2022 I voluntarily de-registered from the General Chiropractic Council. This is why I do not now work using the title chiropractor.

I spent many years living and working in Birmingham. The Well, Natural Health Centre was my main practice, where I was a founder member. Other clinic locations included Kings Norton, Studley, Redditch, Skelmersdale Lancashire. I recently moved to Frome in Somerset so am able to take on new patients.

I have taken a number of other trainings over the years to enhance my practice. These include Energy Field Healing, Process Acupressure and most recently Sukshma Marma Therapy www.marmatherapy.co.uk. I am a member of The Fascial Hub, which offers inspirational webinars on the body.

I enjoy gardening, many aspects of creativity, particularly ceramics and textiles, and am a long term meditator. I have been a yoga student since my 20’s.
